1. Order Processing
Payment Verification: Orders are processed once your payment has been successfully accepted and verified.
Business Days: Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders reliably, including:
- USPS
- DHL
- EMS
- Local Postal Services (as applicable for final delivery)
3. Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Times
We currently ship only within the Continental United States.
To estimate when your order will arrive, please consider the handling time (time to prepare your order) and the transit time (time in shipment).

- Total Estimated Delivery Time: This is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time. These are estimates and not guarantees.
- External Delays: Once your order is in transit with the carrier, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier operational issues) may occur that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order payment is confirmed, please allow the stated handling time (1-3 business days) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed off to the carrier. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email in your primary inbox.
It may take 3-7 days for the tracking information to become active and for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t immediately available, please allow some time for it to update.
If your order has surpassed the estimated arrival date and you have not received it, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address: Inaccurate or missing information may delay your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Forwarding/Redirection: We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse.
6. Special and Customized Orders
For personalized orders or items requiring modifications, additional processing time may be needed for our design team to complete your customization. The specific time required will depend on the complexity of your request, and we will communicate any significant extensions to the standard handling time.
7. Shipping Limitations
We DO NOT currently ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses
- International destinations (outside the Continental United States)
